Makinde, who inspected the centre, the ongoing construction of Ubogo Road and Ughievwen Kingdom palace in Ughelli, also said the commission would complete its abandoned viable projects to the oil-bearing communities of the state.
Earlier, the Ovie of Ughelli Kingdom, Oharisi III, appealed to the DESOPADEC MD to complete the ongoing construction of the Ovie’s palace, lamenting that the commission ignored series of letters written to it previously on the matter.
