Port Harcourt — President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday approved the appointment of Sen. Tijjani Yahaya Kaura as Managing Director of the Oil and Gas Free Zones Authority, for an initial term of three years.
Kaura is a politician who was the former minister of State for Foreign Affairs and the Secretary to the Zamfara State Government.
He also once represented Zamfara North at the Senate.
It will be recalled that the immediate past Managing Director of OGFZA, Mr Umana Okon Umana, was recently appointed by the President Buhari as the Minister of Niger Delta.
