11 February 2014, News Wires – West Africa-focused junior Eland Oil & Gas announced Tuesday that Executive Technical Director Gilles Krijger is to step down from his role. The firm said that Krijger will remain in the company in a senior technical position. Meanwhile, James Ede-Golightly has resigned from his position as a non-executive director of Eland in order to pursue other business interests, the firm said. Eland is a stakeholder in the Opuama field, onshore Nigeria, where production recommenced earlier this month.
