Moscow — Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said on Tuesday that Russia has not ruled out joint actions with the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) in order to stabilise oil market, news agencies reported.
He also said, according to the reports, that it would take several months for oil prices to recover after they fell to a four-year low following the collapse of an OPEC+ deal last week.
