05 May 2018, Moscow – Russia’s compliance with an international pact to reduce oil output stood at 95.2 percent in April, Energy Minister Alexander Novak has said.
“Russia is fully committed to bringing balance to the oil market and limiting the factors which bring production volatility,” Novak said in a statement. He did not elaborate.
Russia’s oil output stood at 10.97 million barrels per day in April, unchanged from an 11-month high in March and above a target set under a deal with other oil producers on curbing output, data showed on Wednesday.
