14 January 2014, Luanda – The state-owned National Fuel Society (Sonangol E.P) will launch a tender for new oil wells exploration onshore, at Kongo and Kwanza Basins.
According to a press release from Sonangol E.P press office, which reached ANGOP last Monday, in Luanda, national and international oil companies and interested investors are invited to compete for blocks “CON1, CON5 and CON6”, at Kongo basin and blocks “KON3, KON5, KON6, KON7, KON8, KON9 and KON17, at Kwanza Basin”.
As a way of informing the potential of the mentioned blocks, Sonangol E.P. informs that it will make technical presentations to the interested people in London, on February 3, at Marriott Hotel, and on February 10 in Houston City (USA) at The Westin Houston, Memorial City, refers the statement of the Angolan company.
Sonangol stresses in the statement that all the national and international oil companies and investors interested in participating in the technical presentations on the 3 and 10 February should register until January 28 of 2014 (for London) and up to February 4 (Houston).
