The award was presented by the president of Women In Energy Network, Eyono Fatayi-Williams, joined by Asanimo Omezi, WIEN Executive Secretary; Onyema Obi, Director, WIEN Media & Publicity; and Bassey Alorye Adie, WIEN Director, Partnership & Conferences, when they visited Aradel Holdings Plc.
The award recognises Mr. Falade’s commitment to fostering gender diversity and equity throughout his career and by extension his continuing commitment to this while creating an inclusive and diverse work environment for all staff at Aradel Holdings Plc. WIEN also stated that the award was bestowed after a thorough selection process and was voted for by the entire membership of WIEN.
Mr. Falade was delighted to receive the award and re-affirmed his commitment to diversity in the workplace. In his acceptance speech, Mr Falade said: “I am profoundly grateful to receive this award. As a business leader, I will continue to use my position to champion gender inclusivity policies in the workplace.”
The WIEN team was received by senior members of the Aradel executive leadership team, including the Company Secretary & Group General Counsel, Ms. Titi Omisore, the Chief Technical Officer, Dr Ebeneezer Ageh, Mr Temitayo Ogunbanjo, the General Manager of Aradel Refineries, Ms. Oshio Adams, ICT Manager and members of the Aradel Women’s Network.
