    Ultra Capital Energy partners NIPEX, OGFZA to enhance Nigeria’s energy sector

    Port Harcourt — Ultra Capital Energy Limited, a leading energy firm, has announced partnership with the Nigerian Petroleum Exchange, NIPEX, and Oil and Gas Free Zones Authority, OGFZA, to enhance Nigeria’s oil and gas sector.

    The strategic partnership, sealed during a high-level meeting between Capital Luxury Group Chairman Dr. Edidiong Udoidiong and OGFZA Managing Director Alhaji Bamanga Usman Jada, aims to leverage NIPEX’s procurement platform and OGFZA’s incentives at the Liberty Oil and Gas Free Zone, located in Akwa Ibom State.

    The discussion particularly centered on taking advantage of NIPEX’s procurement platform and OGFZA’s tax-free incentives to attract domestic and foreign investors, drive economic growth, create jobs, and increase Nigeria’s daily crude oil production.

    Speaking, Capital Luxury Group Chairman Dr. Edidiong Udoidiong, said Ultra Capital Energy Limited provides comprehensive oil and gas services, encompassing petroleum haulage, civil engineering, pipeline services, protocol and logistics, hospitality services, and upstream operations.

    Udoidiong added that the company also specializes in the installation of Compressed Natural Gas, CNG plants, construction of CNG stations, conversion of vehicles to CNG-powered engines, and supply of CNG-powered vehicles.

    According to him, Ultra Capital Energy Limited, a subsidiary of Capital Luxury Group, delivers innovative energy solutions and drives sustainable growth in Nigeria’s energy sector

    He said, “We are committed to supporting the federal government’s goal of increasing Nigeria’s daily crude oil production. Our partnership with NIPEX and OGFZA will unlock investment opportunities in the Liberty Oil and Gas Free Zone, positioning Nigeria as a premier destination for oil and gas investments.”

    Also, OGFZA Managing Director Alhaji Bamanga Usman Jada, commended Ultra Capital Energy Limited for the partnership,

    “We welcome Ultra Capital Energy Limited’s commitment to Nigeria’s oil and gas sector. This collaboration will significantly contribute to the growth and development of the Liberty Oil and Gas Free Zone,” Jada said.
