    NSE: Four oil companies open week’s trading with gains

    Lagos – Four oil companies – Seplat, MRS, Ardova and JapaulGold – opened this week’s trading at the Nigerian Stock Exchange, NSE, on Monday with gains.

    But, Oando Plc suffered a loss.

    Seplat opened the market with N490 and closed with N495 in 44 trade deals, volume of 252,072 and value at 126,056,539.00.

    MRS, on the other hand, opened with N12.3 and closed with N13.4 in 27 trade deals, volume of 327,123 and value at 126,056,539.00.

    On its part, Ardova opened the market with N19 and closed with N19.05 in 69 trade deals, volume of 818,773 and value at 15,593,508.00.

    JapaulGold, which also recorded gain, opened with N0.91 and closed with N0.92 in 108 trade deals, volume of 8,723,329 and value at 8,044,267.41.
