14 April 2012, Sweetcrude, HOUSTON – Nigeria’s Vice President Namadi Sambo, at the US Export- Import Bank’s Annual Conference in Washington DC, United States on Friday, invited American investors to take advantage of the potentials in the nation’s power sector.

Sambo, who spoke at the plenary session of the conference, told potential investors that the reforms so far in place in the power sector have created an enabling environment for them to recoup their investments in good time.

The Vice President said the Nigerian investment climate was full of potentials “as can also be seen in agriculture with the vast arable lands and good climatic conditions to grow virtually any crop.”

He assured the bank that foreign investors would not regret putting their resources in the Nigerian economy.
