17 June 2013, Monrovia – The World Bank has offered to strengthen Liberia’s energy sector in support of the government’s efforts in the sector, which is widely regarded as excellent.
Information Minister Lewis G. Brown disclosed this in Monrovia at a press briefing, stating that the country had regained her pre-war status as she shares ideas with great world leaders on the future of the world.
Minister Brown did not give further details about the deal with the World Bank as he maintained that President Ellen Sirleaf’s government is making positive impact in the world; thereby bringing pride to Liberia, a country whose citizens were once referred to as rebel.
