    Kaduna Electric partners FCMB on payment of bills

    KEDCO or Kaduna Electric-Logo-696x39214 August 2016, Kaduna – Kaduna Electric Distribution Company has entered into partnership with First City Monument Bank (FCMB) to ease payment of bills by its customers. The partnership which commenced in Kaduna will be eventually rolled out in other franchise states of the company – Sokoto, Zamfara and Kebbi.

    The partnership which kicks off in Kaduna will be eventually rolled out in Kaduna Electric’s other franchise states – Sokoto, Zamfara and Kebbi. By this arrangement, FCMB collection agents will be deployed to different locations within Kaduna where they will be collecting payments for electricity bills from customers and promptly issuing them receipts.

    According to Kaduna Electric’s Chief Marketing and Customer Services Officer, Murtala Bello, the decision to partner with the foremost bank was in order to enhance better efficiency in the company’s collection process to avoid undue losses.
