    Abuja Electric announces planned outage today

    05 June 2018, Sweetcrude, Lagos – Abuja Electricity Distribution Company, AEDC, has announced a planned power outage in over eight communities under its services on Tuesday (today).

    In a statement signed by its management on Monday, it said power will be shut down from 8am to 2pm for maintenance exercises.
    “In order to serve you better, please note that there will be a power shut down on Tuesday, 5th June 2018 from 8am to 2pm to enable our technical team carry out essential maintenance exercise”.
    The areas to be affected include Mpape, Maitama, Danube Street, NPA Quarters, Osun Crescent, Rhyne Street, Lake Chad, I.G House and environs.
    “We regret any inconvenience caused and assure all affected customers that power supply will be restored once the maintenance exercise is safely completed”, the statement said.
