    Rivers State Government releases 22 ExxonMobil staff

    Port Harcourt — The Rivers State Government have released the 22 ExxonMobil staff who were arrested for allegedly violating the State’s Executive Order restricting movement into the state, over COVID-19 pandemic.

    Attorney-General and Commissioner of Justice in Rivers State, Prof. Zaccheus Adangor, announced that the 22 ExxonMobil staff were released without charges.

    Adangor said the State Government will no longer press charges against the oil workers, following interventions by well-meaning Nigerians.
