Lagos — Aradel Energy has encouraged its suppliers to partner with it as it continues to pursue excellence in operations, waste elimination, competence and capacity development.
The company said the partnership was also necessary as it explores use of technology in creating value in its production and reserves growth, thus aligning with Aradel Holdings’vision to become the leading African energy company delivering sustainable energy solutions to support economic growth.
In a keynote address during the inaugural suppliers forum held in Lagos, tagged ‘Building Sustainable Partnerships’, the company’s General Manager, Commercial Late Daramola, reiterated the company’s strategy on supply by focusing on collaboration in order to build sustainable partnerships in the supply chain section of the petroleum industry.
“The theme reflects the significance of this event to us. As we build with our partners, it shows that there is a focused energy around achieving an outcome. We are not just building for the present but also for the long term and partnership is important to us attaining this goal.
“We all come with different set of skills but can harness that collective energy to achieve great outcomes for our shareholders, the business, and Nigeria as a whole,”Daramola said.
The forum served as a platform to update the suppliers on the company’s future plans, its core values – accountability, resilience, adaptability, diversity, excellence and leadership – and the pillars of its operations, which include resource development, operational excellence, capital discipline and innovation.
