Abuja — President Muhammadu Buhari has terminated the appointment of Prof. Charles Dokubo as Coordinator of the Amnesty Programme.
He also appointed Col. Milland Dikio (retd.) as the interim administrator of the programme.
Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to the President, Garba Shehu, conveyed this in a statement on Thursday, saying Dokubo had been instructed to hand over all official matters to the most senior officer of the Programme.
The statement was titled ‘President Buhari appoints Col. Dikio (retd.) Interim Amnesty Programme administrator, disengages Prof. Dokubo as coordinator.’
