Lagos — The Corporate Affairs Commission, CAC has approved Forte Oil, FO change of name to Ardova Plc.
In a memo by FO to the Nigerian Stock Exchange, the approval was signed on Monday after which a new certificate of incorporation was issued.
The new development was a followup to an announcement by FO in December, notifying the public of its intention to change its name.
Forte Oil under its former owner, Mr. Femi Otedola was sold to a new management after the business mogul decided to diversify and focus more on his power business.
