    15 August, 2011, Sweetcrude, HOUSTON — CAMAC Energy Incorporated, a U.S.-based energy company engaged in oil and gas exploration, development and production activities in Nigeria, today announced that Kase Lawal, Chairman and CEO, will present and meet with investors at the EnerCom Oil and Gas Conference in Denver, Colorado on Wednesday, August, 17, 2011 at 4:25 p.m. MDT (6:25 p.m. EDT).

    The live event will be available via webcast, along with an electronic copy of the presentation, on the CAMAC Energy website located at http://www.camacenergy.com under the Investors– Events & Presentations section.     Besides Nigeria, CAMAC Energy also has operations in China through its Pacific Asia Petroleum subsidiaries. The company’s principal assets include interests in OML 120 and OML 121, offshore oil leases in deepwater Nigeria that started production from the Oyo Oilfield in December 2009, and a 100% interest in the Zijinshan Block gas asset located in the Shanxi Province, China. The Company was founded in 2005 and has offices in Houston, Texas, Beijing, China, and Lagos, Nigeria.
