Moscow — Black Sea CPC Blend crude oil BFO-CPC exports were revised down to 3.997 million tonnes for September from 5.153 million tonnes in a preliminary plan, a loading schedule showed on Monday.

On a daily basis CPC Blend oil exports were revised down by some 22% from the preliminary version, Reuters calculations showed.

In August, the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) had suspended oil loadings from two of three single mooring points at its Black Sea terminal Yuzhnaya Ozereyevka.

The CPC said at the time it would be able to fulfil oil loading requests from its Black Sea terminal only partially because of damaged equipment.

The CPC said it would take a month, assuming good weather, to repair equipment at two mooring points of its Black Sea terminal, the Interfax news agency reported on August 23.

CPC Blend exports have fallen in August owing to unplanned maintenance on Kazakhstan’s Kashagan oilfield and repair work at the CPC terminal.
