    Deal with illegal oil bunkerers, Navy orders personnel

    05 October 2012, Sweetcrude, WARRI—FLAG Officer Commanding newly created Central Naval Command of the Nigerian Navy, with headquarters at Brass, Bayelsa State, Rear Admiral Johnson Olutoyin, has ordered that illegal oil bunkerers be severely dealt with and brought to justice promptly.

    He gave the order shortly after concluding his three days working visit to Navy installations in Warri and Escravos, adding that there will be no escape route for perpetrators.
