    Port Harcourt — American oil giant, ExxonMobil Nigeria Unlimited and Akwa Ibom State Governor, Udom Emmanuel, Wednesday, met to brainstorm on investment in oil and gas sector in the state.

    Akwa Ibom State Governor, Udom Emmanuel, on his social media handle, disclosed that other issues discussed during the meeting include job creation, wealth generation and sustainable development in the state.

    Those present at the meeting, according to the governor include the Executive Chairman of ExxonMobil Nigeria Unlimited, Mr. Paul McGrath; Vice Chairman, ExxonMobil, Mr. Udom Inoyo; President of BlackRhino, Mr. Brain Heartily; and Africa Head, Vitol, Mr. Pierre Barbe.

    “Today, I held a meeting with the Executive Chairman, ExxonMobil Nigeria Unlimited, Mr. Paul McGrath, Vice Chairman, ExxonMobil, Mr. Udom Inoyo, President of BlackRhino, Mr. Brain Heartily, Africa Head, Vitol, Mr. Pierre Barbe at my office at Government House, Uyo.

    “We brainstormed on investments in the oil and gas sector, job creation, wealth generation and sustainable development.

    “Thereafter, we inspected the on-going construction at the 21 Storey Office Tower project in Uyo,” Governor Udom said.
