Cairo — A storehouse belonging to Libya’s Mellitah Oil & Gas was damaged in an air strike on Tuesday, National Oil Corporation (NOC) said in a statement.
Three workers suffered minor injuries and were taken to the hospital, the statement added.
“We are witnessing the destruction of the corporation’s facilities before our eyes,” NOC chairman Mustafa Sanalla said after the incident. “In addition to these continuous threats that affect workers’ lives in the sector and undermine efforts to ensure the continuation of production”.
