    NNPC, Total Upstream, Partners commissions skills acquisition centre in Plateau

    Lagos — The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, Total Upstream Nigeria Limited and its partners have commissioned a Women and Youths Skills Acquisition Centre in Mangu, Plateau State.

    While speaking at the commissioning ceremony, Mr. Mike Sangster, the Managing Director of TUPNL who was represented by Mr. Abayomi Aluko explained that the gesture was in keeping with the corporate social responsibility of the company.

    Responding, Mrs. Hassana Ayika, the Permanent Secretary in the Plateau state ministry of Women Affairs expressed the government’s appreciation of the gesture.

    She said the project has lifted Plateau State to a higher pedestal in the entrepreneurial industry, adding that women and youths in the state will benefit immensely from the project.

    Delivering a good will message, the Miskaham Mwaghavul, HRH Da Nelson Bakfur represented by the Sum Pyem, HRH Charles Mato, urged women in the state to fully utilize the facilities.
    Guests were conducted around the facilities by the project manager, Tahomah Alkamu.
