    NSE: Oil companies post negative results

    Lagos — Tuesday’s trading actives on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, NSE, for energy companies ended on a negative note as all four active traders recorded losses.
    Conoil opened trading with N16.9, but, closed with N15.25 in 14 trade deals and a volume of 171,584 valued at 2,616,665.00.
    Ardova, formerly known as Forte Oil, opened with N13.95 and closed with N12.6 in 36 trade deals and volume of 403,724 volumes valued at 5,088,702.40.
    Oando opened with N2.48, closing with N2.24 in 52 trade deals and a volume of 1,535,515 valued at 3,553,362.37.
    Japaul Oil opened market activities with N0.21 and closed with N0.2 in 23 trade deals and  9,729,716 volume, valued at 1961,999.20.
