    Russia's Novatek says Arctic LNG 2 talks ongoingSt Petersburg — The CEO of Russia’s Novatek, Leonid Mikhelson, expects an investment decision on the company’s Arctic LNG 2 project with Saudi Arabia and others in the third quarter of this year, he said on Tuesday.
