    Russia’s Rosneft could still increase output by end-2018 – CEO

    26 October 2018, News Wires — Russian oil giant Rosneft could increase production by the end of the year, the firm’s CEO Igor Sechin said on Thursday, Reuters reports.

    Asked if there was still a possibility that Rosneft could raise production, Sechin said “there is, of course”.
