    Seplat Petroleum records loss in Wednesday Trading

    Lagos — Wednesday’s trading activities on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, NSE, for energy companies ended with three active traders as Seplat Petroleum reported 42.8% loss.

    Seplat opened trading activities with N428.8 but closed N386 in 18 trade deals, 624,302 volumes valued at 240,980,572.00.

    Japaul Oil recorded gains as it opened market activities with N0.25 and closed with N0.26 in 43 trade deals, 10,837,862 volumes valued at 2,643,164.76.

    Oando however remained unchanged as it opened and closed trading activities with N2.5 in 29 trade deals, 435,383 volumes valued at 1,077,981.34.
