    Banner Energy acquires Total Nigeria Plc LPG Bottling asset (Corrected)

    29 August 2017, Sweetcrude, Lagos —The management of Banner Energy Limited has announced its strategic acquisition of the TOTAL Plc LPG Bottling plant in Benin City, Edo state.

    The LPG Bottling Plant is equipped with a storage capacity of about 70MT, and state of the art equipment and safety standards that are internationally certified.

    “We are optimistic that this latest acquisition of Total Nigeria PLC LPG Bottling Plant will give rise to future collaborations to include cylinder filling and distribution with TOTAL NIGERIA PLC, subject to their board approval.

    BannerGas remains committed to the reduction of energy poverty in Nigeria and shall, therefore, continue with effort at deepening LPG use in Nigeria with aggressive LPG infrastructure build out by expanding on our over 45 LPG cylinder and autogas retail filling outlets and supported with our acquisitions and construction of strategic LPG bulk breaking depots in strategic urban and rural communities across Nigeria,” the management of Banner Energy disclosed.
