    Eni, partners to splash billions on Angola project

    17 August 2012, Sweetcrude, LUANDA – ITALY’s oil major, Eni, and its partners in Block 15/06 off Angola are set to go on a multi-billion dollar spending spree from 2013.

    They are planning a second floating, production storage and offloading vessel, FPSO, for the oil block.
