10 February 2018, Sweetcrude, Lagos — AIICO insurance Plc has announced the appointment of Mr. Kadri Adewale Abass as an Executive Director (Technical) with effect from November 1, 2017.
In a statement to the Nigerian Stock Exchange, NSE, the company said the appointment has been approved by the National Insurance Commission (‘the Regulator’).
The company said it plans to further present Abass to its shareholders for a formal election at its next Annual General Meeting.
