Lagos — Enyo Retail, operator in Nigeria’s downstream sector of the petroleum industry in conjunction with Wazobia FM is giving back to the community through an initiative called Fuel My Moto.

The initiative aims to give out listeners of Wazobia FM free fuel at a predetermined Enyo station at a given day and at a given time, all of this to be announced by the On-Air Personality (OAP).

Commenting on the partnership, CEO of Wazobia FM, Serge NOUJAIM said, “We’re very excited about our relationship with Enyo Retail and Supply. We want to show our appreciation to our customers, and together we’re doing just that.

“Through the #FuelMyMoto initiative, we are rewarding our listeners with the power to save more in an exciting way’’.

“It’s important to always give back or contribute to your community either by lending a hand, volunteering or showing support. Lagos is quite the busy city with everyone constantly on the move which is why giving back fuel is predominant,” Noujaim added.

CEO of Enyo Retail and Supply, Mr. Abayomi Awobokun, stressed the need for collaborative efforts as well as leverage the wide reach of the radio platforms in order to get across an extensive reach of customers.

“Our customers make us a brand and we are always looking out for exciting ways to reward them. This partnership has given Enyo Retail and Supply the opportunity to engage with customers whilst including additional incentives. Through this new initiative offering with our partner Wazobia, customers will now save more at the pump. We want our customers to take advantage of this opportunity as the happy hour has never been happier.”

The campaign kicked off on the 8th of March and has taken place at 3 locations, all at Enyo Service Filling Station; Olowo Eko, Lekki 3rd roundabout, Ikate-Lekki, and along Lagos-Abeokuta expressway, Agege.

In total, more than 1000 vehicles have been fueled for free.

Some of the stations On Air-Personalities were present at the locations lending a hand and making themselves available to help. Buchi, Ratata, and Ikechukwu from ‘Evening Oyoyo’ were present at the Ibeju Lekki location and Lolo from ‘Oga Madam Office’ was present.

The initiative will continue in other cities across the country for the rest of the year.
