    Groups honour NCDMB’s Wabote for outstanding performance

    Port Harcourt — The Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board, NCDMB, Engr Simbi Wabote, has been honoured by various groups over his outstanding performance and contributions to country’s national development.

    While the Journalism Educators Foundation honoured the NCDMB boss in recognition of his contributions to environmental, human, and organizational development; the Stella Marris College Old Boys Association honoured him in recognition of his outstanding performance, contributions to national development and for being a worthy ambassador of the school.

    Receiving the award at the 5th Biennial Conference of the Journalism Educators Foundation held at the University of Port Harcourt, the NCDMB boss applauded the conference organizers and asked them to keep up with the biennial conference.

    Wabote represented by NCDMB Deputy Manager, Stakeholders Management, Corporate Communications, Engr. Mofe Megbele, reeled out the Boards accomplishments under his leadership.

    “The NCDMB has been very transparent in its service delivery to the public and stakeholders as a Government Agency which has earned the Board the award of Best Federal MDA in 2022 in Business Efficiency and Transparency.”

    He, on behalf of the Executive Secretary accepted the award plague on Engr. Wabote in recognition of his contributions to environmental, human, and organizational development.

    Meanwhile, Stella Marris College Old Boys Association, has also presented an award to Engr. Simbi Wabote in recognition of his outstanding performance, contributions to national development and for being a worthy ambassador of their alma mater.

    Bayelsa State Chapter of the Old Boys Association of Stella Marris College, Port Harcourt, presented the award during a courtesy visit to the Executive Secretary, NCDMB, Engr. Simbi Kesiye Wabote, at the Nigerian Content Tower in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.
