    07 January 2015, Sweetcrude, Houston – The first Gulf Aluminium Casthouse Conference “GulfCast”, an annual three day event dedicated to successive and continuous developments of the aluminium industry with distinguished international guest speakers has been scheduled for 2nd – 4th March 2015 at Sharq Village & SPA in Doha, by Qatar Aluminium “Qatalum”.

    The conference is being organised under the patronage of Dr Mohammed bin Saleh bin Abdullah Al Sada, the Minister of Energy and Industry of the UAE.

    Many pioneers of the aluminium industry at both regional and global levels will be hosted at the GulfCast conference, including workers and specialists, brought together for a special program to share in the accomplishments and developments of the aluminium industry.

    Speakers at the three-day conference will discuss a number of key aspects pertaining to the industry including; environment, safety, sustainability and technology, as well as reviewing the most important experiences, advancements and future challenges.

    Nationalities of the speakers at the 15 scheduled presentations include Norway, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Kingdom of Bahrain resulting in highly anticipated and diverse exchanges on the latest practical and scientific-world issues associated with the manufacture of aluminium and aluminium markets.

    The presentations are expected to provide unique insights into the leading industry advancements while highlighting issues and recommendations surrounding key aluminium industry topics concerning the future of the industry and best practice.

    The achievements of the aluminium industry continue to surpass all expectations. The GulfCast 2015 program reflects this recent success with a variety of speeches, presentations and discussions all of which are delivered by leading names that are ready to explore and celebrate this thriving industry.
