Leeds, England — Lightbay Energy Resources Limited says it will showcase its growing portfolio of sustainable and high-reliability power solutions in partnership with NeoPower, a global manufacturer of industrial voltage stabilisation systems in a Powerelec Nigeria 2026 exhibition.
During the exhibition, the company said it will engage policymakers, investors, utilities, and industrial stakeholders on practical approaches to delivering clean, reliable, and affordable power across critical sectors of the economy aspart of its contribution to Nigeria’s energy transition and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Speaking ahead of the event, Engr. Tega Erhiwha, Chief Executive Officer of Lightbay Energy Resources, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to improving power quality, system efficiency, and infrastructure resilience in Nigeria.
“As Nigeria accelerates its energy transition, reliability must remain central to the conversation,” Erhiwha said. “Our participation at Powerelec Nigeria 2026 reflects Lightbay’s focus on solutions that protect critical assets, reduce downtime, and support sustainable industrial growth.”
A major highlight of Lightbay’s exhibition will be its strategic partnership with NeoPower. Under this partnership, Lightbay Energy Resources has been appointed NeoPower’s authorised partner in Nigeria, with responsibility for the marketing, distribution, installation, and after-sales support of NeoPower’s industrial voltage stabilisers ranging up to 3000kVA.
NeoPower’s stabilisation solutions are engineered to operate reliably under poor grid conditions, voltage fluctuations, and unbalanced loads, making them particularly well-suited for Nigeria’s industrial, commercial, and critical infrastructure sectors, where power quality challenges frequently impact productivity and asset life.
Throughout the three-day exhibition, Lightbay will demonstrate how its integrated capabilities in engineering, procurement, fabrication (EPF), automation and instrumentation, power operations and maintenance, and voltage regulation are supporting key development objectives, including SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), and SDG 13 (Climate Action).
Lightbay will also engage industry stakeholders on its “Reliability First” approach, which positions power quality and asset protection as foundational enablers of renewable energy integration and long-term grid stability.
“Our collaboration with NeoPower significantly strengthens our ability to deliver world-class power quality solutions locally,” Erhiwha added. “By stabilising power today, we are safeguarding Nigeria’s industrial productivity and enabling a more sustainable energy future.”
The 10th Powerelec Nigeria Exhibition and Conference will take place from February 3 to February 5, 2026, at the Landmark Centre, Lagos.
