A statement from the organisers, Spintelligent, in partnership with PwC Nigeria, said the theme of the conference, ‘iPAD Nigeria Mining Forum’, will focus on the underexploited natural and mineral resources in the country.

According to the director, Ms. Nicole Smith, the conference which will hold between November 18 and 19th, will provide a strategic investment platform for key players in the Nigerian mining space to discuss the way forward.

Smith said: “It is clear that mining has a bright future in Nigeria and the stakeholders are ready to tackle the challenges head on and plan the way forward. Nigeria’s vastly underexploited natural resources include about 44 varieties of minerals in over 500 locations.

“We are so pleased with the huge interest that the iPAD Nigeria Mining Forum has created, our conference is almost sold out. Attendees will include current and prospective investors, legal advisors, regulators, mining professionals and other stakeholders.”
