Lagos — As part of its ongoing capacity-building initiatives, the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board, NCDMB, has successfully renovated four staff quarters and their accompanying boys’ quarters at the Government Science and Technical College, GSTC, Ogbowo, Benin City, Edo State.

The newly renovated quarters are equipped with modern amenities, including a 22,000-litre water storage facility, to enhance the living conditions of teachers in the institution.

Each component, he noted, was meticulously executed to ensure comfort, functionality, and sustainability.

“More than just bricks and mortar, this project symbolizes respect for the teaching profession and a renewed focus on strengthening educational infrastructure,” he concluded.

Onome Briggs, commended Engr. Ogbe for the timely completion of the project. She also presented a Letter of Appreciation on behalf of the Edo State Government to NCDMB for its laudable intervention.

In his remarks, the Executive Principal of GSTC, Mr. Friday Ezodome, expressed profound gratitude to NCDMB for its commitment to capacity building and educational development.

“The demand of today’s global economy is skill-based, and this project resonates strongly with the vision and mission of our school,” he stated.
