Lagos — Algeria’s minister of energy, Mohamed Arkab will take over mantle of the Organization for the Petroleum Exporting Countries, OPEC for 2020 as the President.
This was disclosed by the outgoing president, Manuel Salvador Quevedo Fernandez and Venezuela’s Minister of Petroleum and President of the OPEC conference 2019, in his remarks at the 7th OPEC and non-OPEC Ministerial Meeting, held on 6 December 2019, in Vienna, Austria.
