Lagos — Sahara Group has launched Love Beyond XXX, a February initiative that reinforces the energy and infrastructure conglomerate’s commitment to responsible leadership, operational excellence, and a deep dedication to making a difference across its locations in Africa, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

The initiative reflects Sahara Group’s belief that love is demonstrated through integrity, empathy, innovation, and collaboration, values that continue to guide the organisation’s culture, operations, and interventions. Through Love Beyond XXX, Sahara Group reaffirms its long-standing commitment to creating sustainable impact that leaves no one behind.

Speaking on the initiative, Bethel Obioma, Head of Corporate Communications, Sahara Group, said Love Beyond XXX is designed to highlight the deeper values that strengthen Sahara’s internal culture and shape the organization’s approach to impact.

“Love Beyond XXX reminds us that meaningful impact begins with people and is sustained through deliberate action. It shows up in how we treat one another, how we lead, how we innovate, and how we commit to building a better future for the communities we serve,” Obioma said.

Throughout February, the initiative will promote renewed engagement and storytelling across the organization, highlighting the values that have shaped Sahara Group’s evolution over the past three decades.

Ejiro Gray, Director, Governance and Sustainability at Sahara Group, said Love Beyond XXX aligns with Sahara’s purpose of transforming lives and livelihoods through sustainable energy solutions.

“As an organization with a diverse portfolio spanning power, upstream, midstream, downstream, trading, infrastructure development, and social investment programmes, Sahara continues to prioritize initiatives that broaden access to energy, advance social impact, and promote long-term value for communities,” Gray added.

The initiative includes internal and external activations that explore the practical ways love is reflected in collaboration, service, integrity, and leadership. Externally, the campaign will spotlight initiatives, programmes, and interventions that demonstrate Sahara Group’s ongoing commitment to bringing energy to life responsibly.

Love Beyond XXX underscores Sahara Group’s philosophy that love is more than emotion; it is a standard of excellence and a commitment to doing good, doing it well, and doing it responsibly.
