    Johannesburg — Schneider Electric , the global leader in energy management and automation, and recognised sustainability leader, is proud to announce its South African operations has been awarded Top Employer 2025 certification by a global authority in HR excellence, Top Employers Institute. 

    Schneider Electric has achieved this certification on its first attempt, a testament to its dedication to excellence in people practices. This recognition places Schneider Electric South Africa alongside esteemed organisations such as Vodacom, Rand Merchant Bank (RMB), and Sanlam, further reinforcing its reputation as an employer of choice committed to world-class standards.

    Schneider Electric was awarded the Top Employer 2025 following a rigorous evaluation process, encompassing six key HR domains consisting of 20 topics and a review of 600 HR best practices, including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing, and more.

    The company surpassed the required benchmark score through validated external audits, affirming its commitment to providing outstanding employee conditions.
