Port Harcourt — Shell companies in Nigeria have sought the collaboration of the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board, NCDMB, on its numerous deep offshore projects, including the multibillion Naira Bonga North development.

The collaboration was sought when the Executive Secretary of NCDMB, Engr. Felix Omatsola Ogbe, received a group from Shell led by the Country Chair, Shell Companies in Nigeria, Mr. Osagie Okunbor, and Managing Director of Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company Limited, SNEPCo, Mrs. Elohor Aiboni, in Abuja.

Speaking, Okunbor congratulated the new NCDMB boss and reiterated the commitment of Shell Companies in Nigeria, SCiN to remain a long-term partner of Nigeria.

The Shell boss assured that SCiN will continue to support the country’s growing energy needs and export ambitions in areas that aligned with its strategy and where Shell has differentiated capability.

He further stated that SCiN was keen on its continued collaboration with NCDMB to deliver on its mandate and requires the Board’s expeditious support to deliver on projects that include Bonga North, HI, HA, and Bonga South-West Aparo.
