STACO Insurance Plc has joined forces with Saramus Consulting and John Tschohl Service Quality Institute in United States of America to train her workforce to offer quality and exceptional services to her numerous customers first time and every time.
Mr. Sakiru Oyefeso, Managing Director of the company while briefing the company staff on the training programme in Lagos, recently noted that the selling point for present day organisation dwell in customer satisfaction and service.
Oyefeso said the extent to which a company treats its customer old or new, goes a long way in adding value to the organization. He also noted that, when such customer is handled with warmth, courtesy, respect and speed among other things, such customer would be motivated and encouraged to continue business dealing and transaction with the company which leads to customer retention.
He stressed that STACO Insurance Plc is committed to protecting the assets and investments of individuals and organizations and that the company has been rendering excellent general insurance services to individual citizens of Nigeria, small and medium enterprises and large corporations in the last two decades of the company’s operation. He went further to pledge that STACO Insurance will not relent in its commitment to support businesses in Nigeria by providing insurance cover that will continuously place them in the comfort zone and reduce the national waste.
Mrs. Tobore Ojumah, the company’s Assistant Director, Human Resources, in her submission, pointed out that the company decided to partner with the institute so as to know and understand new avenues and means by which an organization can render services better and faster to its numerous clients.
Ojumah noted that, “as we grow and expand, the expectation of our customers become more and hence the need to move ahead to ensure that we are not only delivering the services we have promised to render to the, but also, that we ensure that the services that is delivered is prompt and given with human dignity and respect to our clients”. To her, this is important because without the customer, we are certainly not in business.
