    Brazil’s Petrobras lowers jet fuel prices by 3.7%

    Rio De Janeiro — Brazilian state-run oil company Petrobras will lower the average price of jet fuel sold to distributors by 3.7%, or 0.13 real ($0.0240) per liter, starting September 1, the company said on Monday.
    Petrobras makes monthly alterations to its jet fuel prices based on factors including oil prices and currency exchange rates.
    ($1 = 5.4212 reais)
