This was contained in a press statement by the company signed by the firm’s General Manager, Policy, Government and Public Affairs Esimaje Brikinn.

Until his appointment, Swartz was the vice president, of Capital Projects, based in Houston, USA. He brings a wealth of experience in the upstream business and a proven ability to build effective partnerships with stakeholders.
