Lagos — The Eko Electricity Distribution Company, EKEDC, says it will be conducting system maintenance upgrade of its payment platform on Tuesday, 22nd April, between the hours of 2pm to 11.59pm.

The company stated that during the period, its prepaid vending services would be unavailable, but said its postpaid customers could access its services and make payments through its approved payment partners.

It said in a statement announcing the planned system update that the maintenance service is part of its effort to improve its service and enhance customer experience.

“We’re committed to enhancing your experience with us.

“We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our services,” the statement read.
