    Ikeja Electric launches IDB to combat energy theft and enhance efficiency

    Lagos — Ikeja Electric, Nigeria’s leading electricity distribution company, has launched the innovative Intelligent Data Box, IDB, to tackle energy theft and promote a transparent, efficient energy management solution for its customers.

    The IDB will contribute significantly to ensuring a fair distribution of electricity and preventing illegal energy usage.

    Currently, the Intelligent Data Box is operational on the Fakale Feeder and Apata Feeder, with plans to extend the service to additional locations in the near future.
