10 July 2012, Sweetcrude, Abuja – The ministry of petroleum resources has changed the venue of the commendation ceremony for the staff of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation and the Directorate of Petroleum Resources and family members of staff that lost their lives in the Dana plane crash has been shifted from the Congress Hall of Transcorp Hilton, Abuja, to the Amphitheatre of the NNPC Towers, Abuja.
Date and time of the event, however, remain the same: Wednesday, 11th July, 2012; 2.00pm. The ministry which issued the statement through the NNPC said it regrets the inconvenience that this change may cause invited guests.
