    Siemens Nigeria appoints first female Nigerian CEO

    Chuks Isiwu 03 October 2014, Sweetcrude, Lagos – Mrs. Onyeche Tifase has been appointed as the new Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Limited Nigeria.

    By her appointment, Mrs. Tifase becomes the first female chief executive officer of the Nigerian subsidiary of the German multinational company that has had a long impressive history in Nigeria. She took over the mantle of leadership on November 1, 2014 from former CEO, Mr. Michael Lakota, who served the company within the last couple of years.

    Before her recent appointment, Mrs. Tifase has served Siemens in various notable capacities, including her most recent position as the Head of Energy Management MS at Siemens Nigeria.
