25 July 2012, Sweetcrude, HOUSTON – US oil giant ExxonMobil Corporation declared, Wednesday, third quarter cash dividend of 57 cents per share.
The company said this is payable on September 10, 2012 to shareholders of record of common stock at the close of business on August 13, 2012.
This third quarter dividend is at the same level as the dividend paid in the second quarter of 2012.
The company said it has increased its annual dividend payment to shareholders for 30 consecutive years.
